Hi, I’m Lottie!

We’ve all heard the classic ~graphic design is my passion~ saying. But, for me, it really is! I was once in a lecture on the history of fonts and I was getting so excited about the possibilities of everything I could create. From that point on, I knew I was in the right field. I have channeled that excitement I felt when sitting in a design lecture into each project that I work on. I thrive on bringing concepts to life through captivating visuals.

Transforming visions into vibrant realities, I am a graphic designer fueled by a profound passion for color and an unwavering commitment to excellence in design. Through typefaces, icons, patterns, colors, and style, I curate each project to suit the needs of the client and audience at hand. Mini zine from last semester ⚡️ We learned how to make a mini magazine from one sheet of paper and it blew my mind hahah. I wanted to use allll the color & love how it turned out :)💖

Introducing Augustine Gothic! A blackletter font :) This is my revival font based on Rudolph Koch’s Wallau type family. I haven’t worked much with blackletter fonts but I really love how this turned out!

Experimental typography poster series⚡️!! Had a lot of fun with this one 😝💌

@annagnicholson and I worked together to create the branding for SoCal Skate House, an outdoor skating rink in San Diego. We created elements and collateral that support the bright and welcoming environment of the brand 🛼⚡️ *this is a concept brand

mini magazine on y2k graphic design trends 👾🤍⚡️ for this project, we had to make a 24 page publication on any topic!! I chose to do mine on y2k graphic design because I’ve been interested in learning more about that design era. We had to bind the magazine ourselves and add a special element. I chose to add some iridescent paper since it kinda matched the chrome vibe!!

Introducing Avenue Sands, my first complete font!! This semester I’ve learned so much about design and it has been a blast. I’ve been geeking out about typography which is something I never knew I would find so interesting!! One of the first lectures I was in was on the history of fonts and I was getting so hype about it haha. I’m super thankful for that class and for learning more things that I didn’t even know I was passionate about!! I’m so thankful for the ways the Lord has grown me creatively this semester🤍

Logo design for typography class! This was my first time making my own typeface and it was so fun! I decided to design a brand for a canned kombucha/energy drink!! I’ve been learning so much from this class it’s been so cool💫
